What the video shows

A new pipe surface formed inside the existing line.

Cured-in-place pipe lining, commonly called CIPP, rehabilitates a qualifying pipe from the inside. The existing pipe is inspected and prepared, then a resin-saturated liner is installed and cured to create a smooth, continuous interior.

The exact equipment and curing method depend on pipe diameter, access, material, condition and the liner system specified for the project. Pipes that are collapsed, severely offset or missing structural continuity may require a different repair.

Camera inspection

Document the route, condition, obstructions and damaged sections before selecting a repair.

Cleaning and preparation

Remove roots, buildup and scale as appropriate, then prepare the pipe wall for lining.

Liner preparation

Prepare the compatible liner and resin system according to the project specifications.

Installation

Insert or invert the liner through the planned access point and position it in the host pipe.

Curing

Cure the liner with the method selected for the product and site, including blue-light curing where specified.

Final verification

Complete a post-installation camera inspection and document the rehabilitated line.

What to look for in the footage

Look for the crew carrying and operating camera equipment, the white liner laid out for preparation, hands working the material on the bench, activity at the pipe access point and the interior pipe footage. These are examples from our field video, not a word-for-word audio transcript.

This is a 55-second edited overview, not a 55-second repair. The steps above explain the general workflow; inspection findings, access, preparation and the specified liner system determine the actual project scope and time.
