Start with the symptom

What is your property telling you?

Choose the symptom closest to what you are seeing. We will explain the inspection or cleaning step that normally comes first.

Recommended first step: Start with a sewer camera inspection to locate the obstruction, damage or low point before deciding between cleaning and repair.
Services built around diagnosis

The right fix starts with clear evidence.

Camera inspection, cleaning and no-dig repair options are matched to the pipe condition—not guessed from the symptom alone.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers before you book.

Learn what a camera inspection can show, when trenchless lining may be an option, and what to expect before scheduling service.

Can you repair a sewer line without digging up my property?

In many cases, yes. A camera inspection first confirms whether the damaged pipe is a good candidate for trenchless CIPP relining. A collapsed or badly offset pipe may still require excavation.

What does the camera inspection show?

It can document buildup, corrosion, cracks, roots, separations, low points and collapsed sections. The footage helps distinguish a cleaning problem from a structural repair.

Is pipe lining an option for old cast iron?

Sometimes. The pipe must be inspected and prepared, and there must be enough remaining structure and access for the selected lining method. The recommendation should come after reviewing the footage.

Does hydrojetting permanently fix a damaged pipe?

Hydrojetting cleans buildup and obstructions; it does not rebuild a cracked, collapsed or missing pipe wall. Inspection determines whether cleaning is enough or a repair is needed.

Do you handle commercial buildings and HOAs?

Yes. Miami Trenchless Pipelining serves residential, commercial and property-management projects with camera documentation and a clear repair scope.
