Information submitted by visitors
When you submit a service or appointment request, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, ZIP code, property or pipe issue, preferred scheduling information and message. We use this information to respond to the request, evaluate service needs and coordinate follow-up.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and a privacy-focused, first-party activity counter to understand visits, popular pages and actions such as completed inquiry forms, telephone-link clicks and email-link clicks. The first-party counter records a temporary random session identifier, page path, clicked button or link label, approximate position on the page, viewport width and referring website. It does not record keystrokes, form contents, names, phone numbers, email addresses or full telephone and email destinations.
Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and may receive information about your browser, device, approximate location and activity on this website. We do not intentionally send form contents, names, phone numbers or email addresses as Google Analytics event parameters.
When you submit a service request, Google Ads conversion measurement may receive normalized contact information, such as a phone number, for secure matching to an advertising interaction. Google processes this information using enhanced-conversion protections, including hashing where applicable. We use it to measure whether advertising generated an inquiry or booked service, not to sell customer information.
Microsoft Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies to produce heatmaps, session recordings and summaries of how visitors use the site, including clicks, scrolling, navigation, device and browser information. Sensitive page content and form inputs are masked by default, and we do not intentionally send inquiry-form contents to Clarity. Microsoft may process this usage data as our analytics provider.

How information is shared
Inquiry information may be shared with authorized staff and service providers used to operate the website, deliver notifications and respond to customers. We do not sell website inquiry information.
Inquiry attribution
During a browser-tab session, we may retain the landing page, referring website, advertising click identifiers and campaign tags. If you submit a request, these details are saved with the inquiry in our private operations log to help connect marketing to service requests and booked work. They are not published in a public customer list. This does not identify everyone who visits or prove that a telephone-link click became a call.
Retention and security
Website inquiries and their attribution details may be retained for customer service, operational and recordkeeping purposes. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about information submitted through the website or to request a correction or deletion, subject to legitimate business and legal recordkeeping needs.
